Terms & Conditions

Coverage Timing
Day events: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Night events: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. A variation of ±30 minutes is permitted. Overtime beyond these windows will be charged additionally.
Payment
Event is confirmed upon transferring 50% of the total amount. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the event.
Deliverables
Soft-copy photographs are delivered within 7 working days after the event, subject to balance clearance. Videos and albums are delivered within 8 weeks after the client selects songs and pictures.
Cancellation
The advance payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Behavior Policy
We maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere at all times. Any form of misbehavior toward our team will not be tolerated and may result in our immediate departure from the event.
Pre/Post Barat
Pre and Post Barat coverage is not included in standard packages. Additional charges apply per session.
Outstation Events
Additional travel and accommodation charges are applicable for events outside the city, based on location.
